The terms you agree to

The site is operated by AI Intelligence Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (company number 81182710), registered office Unit 1102, 11/F, 29 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our").

Together, the site, the emails, the data and the tools on it are the "Service". If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We publish research, data and educational content about artificial intelligence and the companies exposed to it: sourced fact cards, a methodology-driven stock screener, capex and exposure trackers, and email editions.

Nothing on the Service is investment advice. No fact, score, ranking, tracker, screener output or newsletter is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and none of it is tailored to your financial situation, your objectives or your tolerance for risk.

We are not your adviser, your broker or your fiduciary, and no relationship of that kind arises from your use of the Service. We do not manage money, execute transactions or hold client assets.

Before acting on anything you read here, do your own research and, where it matters, speak to someone licensed to advise you in your own jurisdiction.

We work to publish accurate, sourced information, and the rules we apply are public.

Even so, the Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error.

Market and company data shown on the Service comes from third-party data providers. That data may be delayed, adjusted or restated, and we are not responsible for errors that originate with a provider.

Scores, rankings and trackers are analytical tools produced by our own methodology. They are not credit ratings, not investment ratings, and not issued by any rating agency.

How a number gets on this site, and what would keep it off, is set out in our methodology.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our emails or to create any account on the Service.

If you join one of our newsletters, you agree that we may send you the editions you signed up for and the occasional message about the service itself. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link, and we act on it.

If you save a watchlist or similar preferences, you are responsible for what you save and for keeping any access you are given secure.

You may read, quote and share our work with attribution and a link. You may not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or reach it by automated means, beyond ordinary search engine indexing;
• republish our content wholesale, or present it as your own;
• use the Service, or data taken from it, to build a competing product or to train a machine learning model, without our written permission;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute third-party market data obtained through the Service;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or try to reach any part of it you have not been given access to.

The Service — our text, fact cards, imagery, design, methodology and software — is owned by AI Intelligence Limited and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes.

Company names, tickers and logos that appear in our content belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these terms. A material change is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment loss, trading loss, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you use the Service as a consumer resident somewhere else, this does not take away the protection of consumer law that applies to you where you live.
