TrendForce's power-architecture research on Nvidia's AI server roadmap finds today's VR200 rack draws about 225 kilowatts, up from roughly 150 kilowatts for the prior GB300 generation. The jump to the Rubin Ultra generation, launching in the second half of 2027, will be far bigger: TrendForce expects rack power consumption to surge to approximately 660 kilowatts per rack for Nvidia's Rubin Ultra
