SK hynix Shelved a Reported $150B Solidigm IPO
SK hynix said on 23 Oct 2026 that Solidigm has stopped reviewing a US IPO and a pre-IPO round, citing market conditions and share-price trends, and that its growth plans are unchanged. Reuters, citing people familiar with the plans, reported the sale could have raised about $15 billion and valued the NAND and SSD unit at up to $150 billion. Those two figures are Reuters' sources, not SK hynix. Shares closed 4.4% higher in Seoul that day. SK hynix reports Q3 on 28 Oct 2026, with the release before 9:00 Seoul time and the call at 9:00 Seoul (08:00 Hong Kong).
