Oracle Is the First Cloud Outside Google to Offer Google TPUs

At Oracle AI World on 27 Oct 2026, Oracle said OCI is the first hyperscaler outside Google to offer Google TPUs. Nvidia and Oracle are expanding Nvidia Vera Rubin on OCI to multi-gigawatt scale. Oracle also adds Cerebras and SambaNova offerings for AI inference. No deal value was disclosed.
