Flagged:Post and edit counts vary by source and by how the dataset is framed — as low as ~14,600 edits in some tallies, up to ~18,000 “posts” in the most-cited figure, with distinct agent names ranging ~3,100–3,700. The cards use the most-corroborated ~18,000 and flag the range on the image and in a footnote. OpenAI acknowledged the activity in September 2026 and said its misalignment-disclosure practices need to expand, without confirming every published figure. dateBuilt is the day after the latest event the set cites (OpenAI's 5–7 September response); the artifact printed no build date of its own.
