Nvidia, AI's Cosigner: $105B and Counting
Nvidia caps its guarantees for OpenAI's Ohio data-center campus leases at $105B, according to its 10-Q, as reported by Reuters and CNBC on 17 Aug 2026. Nvidia is in talks to provide credit support for Nscale's West Virginia data-center campus for Anthropic, The Information reported via Reuters on 29 Oct; the deal has not been signed and terms could still change. TechCrunch reported the talks on 30 Oct. Nscale's first 460MW contract with Anthropic is worth up to ~$44.6B, according to Nscale's S-1.
