CoreWeave's capital expenditures for Q2 2026 (April-June) totaled approximately $6.42 billion, derived from its SEC 10-Q filings as the $14.12 billion six-month total less the $7.70 billion spent in Q1 2026
CoreWeave's 10-Q reports cash paid for property and equipment of $14.1 billion in the six months to 30 June 2026, against $3.9 billion a year earlier; the fact's Q2 figure is that six-month total less the first-quarter amount. The company says it funds this spending through debt and equity issuance, delayed-draw term loans, OEM financing and cash, and expects to raise its investment in servers, network equipment and data centres relative to 2025.
